Install QuickScreen app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using QuickScreen on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "QuickScreen"
- The search will reveal the QuickScreen app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once QuickScreen is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including QuickScreen.
- Now enjoy QuickScreen on PC.

Outstanding App

This app worked perfectly for an iPhone training class I conducted. Never failed me after 5 days of usage. MBP was connected to projector using HDMI. Glad to see that version 1.1 has audio. I also use Airserver, which is an Airplay app, but this app just worked better with a truer rendering of the iPhone screen, even though i have to use a USB-Lightening cable connection from the MBP to iPhone. iPhone 8, MBP 2017 NTB

Still required the dreaded “software update” so I uninstalled it

You’re supposed to be able to mirror your iphone screen without extra software and record it using Quicktime—just by connecting it to your computer via usb. Unfortunately, a glitch in Apple software triggers an error message that "Software update is required to connect to your iOS device.” Often, even after the update, it doesn’t work.
This app does not bypass this problem. You still get the update message.
I’ll look for another solution.

Tired of messing with QuickTime Player!!!

I use my MacBook Pro with a projector at my local senior center. Setting up the iPhone or iPad using QuickTime player often requires a Quit and Restart of QT Player. Quick Screen appears to eliminate all the fol de rol of Audio and Video settings, it just works and it works well for me! I can't say enoug good about it.
