Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the UI Gradients app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once UI Gradients is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including UI Gradients.

This app is pointless

I thought this app would let me view and download gradients as wallpapers, but it only lets you view types of gradients with odd names. Until they let people download gradients, I wouldn’t recommend this app. It’s pointless.
