What is Brother DesignNCut Manager?

Brother DesignNCut Manager is a free app designed for operating the DesignNCut cutting machine for home use. The app allows you to connect wirelessly to your DesignNCut, load cutting data, set a test cut, and start cutting. To use the app, you need to register as a member of CanvasWorkspace, which is free.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

After 4 hours trying to connect with several devices and being on the phone with the app’s customer support NO LUCK getting my devices and machine to connect!! Customer service kept telling me, I had to be having a wireless issue, yet I could clearly confirm i was using my router 2.4 ghz Id option, could surf the web and the machine was picking up the wireless, but yet “I WAS HAVING WIRELESS PROBLEMS!” FIX YOUR APP the app!! Your losing customer and $$ because your app isn't compatible so we’re needing to return merchandise!! SO NO I CAN’T recommend any of the design n cut machines and DEFINITELY NOT THIS STUPID APP that doesn’t connect to the machine it’s supposed to be!!
Do not use this app! Brother please fix this app or remove it!

After many hours of trying to connect my cut and scan, it never connected. I am removing this app and just using the canvas workspace, hopefully I can use it to get my crafts done without using my laptop. the app needs to update this app because even the directions seem old and doesn’t apply to my machine. Very disappointed!!

Seriously, one of the worst purchases I’ve made, this app is constantly disconnecting, it makes me regret buying the Design-N-Cut so much, and it’s been well over a year and a half now, you would think they would’ve fixed the issues with the App and machine by now, it’s incredibly frustrating.
