No audio on my iPhoneXr

I really like the app. I would give it 5 stars except for the audio issue. The issue I have is no audio when monitoring my cameras on my iPhone app. Either live view or playback mode no audio is played from my iPhone. I use the Windows the app Pro desktop app on my laptop with no audio issues. I can monitor my cameras using VLC and the audio works as well. Not sure why the app Pro does not have audio with my iPhone.
Solid App for My Set Up

Streams, has a few of the latest recordings, and overall good. My setup is this: two cheap Chinese POE cams using ONVIF >> POE router >> WiFi router >> Qnap Server. If users can’t get it to work... I’m willing to be it could be their network. I had some bandwidth held over for gaming and that choked the system down. Otherwise this is good app...of course not as powerful as the desktop application.

I’ve owned probably 10 different camera systems over the last 6 years and this is by far the best. Compatible with the most amount of cameras and love all of the features. Especially the notification and motion features. Well done!

Doesn’t work. Upgraded from surveillance station. While vmobile isn’t great, it works. the app would take minutes to load cameras and then they wouldn’t stream. Didn’t matter if you were connected on the same lan at 900Mbps or LTE. What a mess this app is. And the app on qnaps is a major downgrade from SS. Doesn’t work. Video takes up 20x the space. You can’t set to only record with motion.(yes even when you program events it still doesn’t work) the app is the worst software qnap has ever made.
