Install EasyOCR app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using EasyOCR on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EasyOCR"
The search will reveal the EasyOCR app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once EasyOCR is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EasyOCR.
Now enjoy EasyOCR on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use EasyOCR,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "EasyOCR" » then Click "Install".
- EasyOCR will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Finally an affordable OCR!

I've been testing out several much more expensive OCR programs, none of which were working well. I finally decided to give this one a try, and finally one that works! I'd say the OCR is catching about 95% of the text, and it converts relatively quickly. Only thing that could work better is if this hooked directly up to my scanner, but for the price of this, I'm willing to use my other software then come into this one. Thank you!
