Install CSView app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Slow and looks outdated

I opened a 800kb CSV with this program, and scrolling through the lines was super slow. Also, the rendering looks a bit 1990s. Unfortunately, this doens't beat the built-in Quick-View of CSV files in MacOS.

Crashes and very slow on Catalina 10.15.4

On a 2.5 million row and 7 column CSV (191 MB), this app is very laggy. It has crashed on me a few times as well.
