Download and install the AlarmNet 360 app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using AlarmNet 360 on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AlarmNet 360"
The search will reveal the AlarmNet 360 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AlarmNet 360 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AlarmNet 360.
Now enjoy AlarmNet 360 on PC.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing AlarmNet 360:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "AlarmNet 360" » Click "Install" to install AlarmNet 360
- AlarmNet 360 will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Please fix bugs

They don’t tell you that if you use the alarm panel communication programming button to “Send Data” -as opposed to using the button on this app to send data from the app only- then you won’t be able to see your account in the app’s list, or find it by searching by City/CSID/ACCOUNT (unless you use the web portal on a computer.) So, make sure you only send data from the app only, not from the panel. I don’t know why it is a big secret, but it took months of being on hold with Tech Support until someone finally let me know that lil nugget of info. Also, on my iPhone, I am finding that often I cannot get to the login screen. It just stays blank. Sometimes quitting other apps is the remedy, but not always. Very frustrating when trying to program from the field using my phone. (Isn’t that the point of this app???) Please fix this! It makes me so aggrivated that I may want to start selling 2GIG products instead! ****Also, make tc WOC HD video cameras available to view in lyric screen!!!!! My customers keep asking why the video button is there if the cameras don’t work with it. Duhhhhhhhh?

Would be nice if this App could check the app accounts that are programmed from Compass. Won’t find them like the Website version. Also you can’t search by name? Techs don’t always memorize account numbers. Useless for Vista panels, works only on Lynx and Lyric. Good idea only partially executed and no upgrades or major improvements since it came out.

We use the web page but it doesn’t work well on mobile devices. Downloaded the app and it stated it is based on the website but doesn’t pull previous accounts. Very disappointed.

Works for only some panels like the lyric and some lynx with the higher revisions. Needs more updates but I think they are just going to make this work with panels going forward from now on.
