Good App for the most part...but
By Kashyg (Pcmac user)
... there is room for improvement. I would change the following things:
The schedule:
What’s with the weekday weekend thing? It’s confusing... make it one! It’s dumb. Is Friday night a weekend or a weekday? Is Sunday evening goi f into Monday morning a weekend or a weekday?
Instead:
Offer a primary daily schedule with the option to have secondary or 3rd option. For example::
I may want to schedule a TOU most of the time when rates are low and over night... that would be my primary schedule.
But if I’m going to work Nd there is a free charger, I may want a short 1/2 charge just to get me to work the next day... I would easily switch to my “secondary” schedule of 1/2 charge over night to save costs st home..
Other than this, I also think the developers of this could use some pointers from ChargePoint and add trends of charging per day and week and month.... showing KW used per month. Ana possibly incorporate costs that could be manually plugged in by the user

Charger is great, app stinks!
By Nrgwise (Pcmac user)
After a lot of trouble getting the charger connected to wi-fi, support was no help - found the answer on a discussion forum after much searching, discover the app is really completely useless. The charger itself is great! But the app does not display accurate charge times or percentage charged. Contacted support and they sent me screenshots and instructions to adjust. However those screens and adjustments DO NOT EXIST in the app I have (most recent version, just updated 9/6/19).
I have found it more useful to just look at the various indicator lights on the car/charger than use the app. Really is a shame as the charger, as stated above, really is great.

Great hassle free charging
By sergio_arm (Pcmac user)
Except,
I can’t drive my car every other month because in the morning I discover that car is not charged!
I don’t know if app failed or charging port was not fully engaged, but I would appreciate a feature to notify if cable is not connected by sending a probe charge for a short time, even if it’s set to a smart charge later.

Rebranding is a massive step back :-(
By Puh22 (Pcmac user)
I really miss the old app. This rebranded regressed from an enjoyable pro app used daily to something so amateur and 1.0 that I just had to say something.
The old one was professionally designed. This reskin looks like it was commissioned by someone very junior.
The typography is disproportionate. The color palette makes no sense. The purple smudge graphs are so ugly.
The app icon is a stain on the launcher screen. The icon and x stroke width are off. And against a graduated swirl that means what? This design is far astray of iOS guidelines and makes it stand out negatively even before the app is launched.
And the icon for a EVSE is, of all things, a GAS pump? Srsly?
Finally, what happened to the electrical grid page? It was actually really interesting to watch through the year. I’m quite disappointed that it’s gone.
I hope you resend this project to a reputable design firm and listen to their advice!
