Originally didn't see photos

The this app is not seeing the iPhone photo gallery to view. It can copy photos from this app to the iPhone, but it cannot see the photos stored on the iPhone. It can B/U the Contacts and receive the documents, but it cannot see the iPhone Camera Roll, and that is with version 2.3.6.0 Note: Out of curiosity, I downloaded the Himatch application, it could see the iPhone's Camera Roll and could receive Apple documents but couldn't see the SD card. The same is true for iDiskk. Note2: Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I tried to use iPhone section I received the message that I needed to allow the app in the privacy setting. This was already allowed. I then disallowed it, then allowed it. Upon reopening the the app application I could see the photos
Crashes all the time! - Fixed

I can’t even use this product because it crashes on the first transfer. I currently do not have a way to transfer my photos to my iPad. Update: Changed from 1 to 4 stars. There are permissions that the app needs in order to transfer and for some reason the app doesn’t ask you to approve those permissions at the time you do the transfer. If the app doesn’t have the right permissions it doesn’t ask you. It just crashes. To fix this, I clicked on each of the options at the bottom of the app. If a permission is needed for that option it will ask you. After going through each option, I tried the transfer again and it worked.
Confusing naming

I tried to transfer photos and short videos from my microSD card into my iPhone Camera Roll. I firstly followed the instruction Edit->Select Files->Copy->Select Destination, but I could only see app and the app these two options. Then, I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, and gave the permission again, but still couldn’t see my Camera Roll option in the Destination part. I was so upset about that. SOLUTION: when you select your file, tap ACTION (on the left bottom) instead of Copy/Move, then you can choose CAMERA ROLL to save your file. Hope this could be helpful!

This app is not recognizing the flash drive when connected to my iPad Pro even though it will on my phone and Mac mini. It may be because it is the newest version, but the app says that it should work. It doesn’t say that the device is connected at all when I have it in. I plug in the flash drive and it brings up my photos albums. I tried to follow up with app support and it took me to a webpage that no longer exists. This app has such potential, but just needs its developers to update it!
