1. We use BLE technology (Bluetooth Low Energy) and iBeacons to let the app to realize when employees enter a defined region, and allow them to check-in or check-out only from those locations.

2. Punch IO lets you keep track of your employees check-in and check-out times in your company.

3. The app also has smart notifications to remind employees to check-in/out when approaching specified locations.

4. With this, you get a wider employee control while giving them flexibility to punch their entry/exit from their own device.

5. Disclaimer: Using the phone GPS in background mode, may affect the battery duration.

Install Punch IO app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Punch IO on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Punch IO"
The search will reveal the Punch IO app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Punch IO is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Punch IO.
Now enjoy Punch IO on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Punch IO Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Punch IO,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Punch IO" » then Click "Install".
- Punch IO will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
