Select Windows version:

Download and install the EZdiag app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using EZdiag on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EZdiag"
- The search will reveal the EZdiag app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once EZdiag is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EZdiag.
- Now enjoy EZdiag on PC.
- Using EZdiag on Mac OS:
Install EZdiag on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use EZdiag App on Windows 11
To get EZdiag on Windows 11, check if there's a native EZdiag Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing EZdiag:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "EZdiag" » Click "Install" to install EZdiag
- EZdiag will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Great; when it works!

This app and solution works great when it actually works; right now after the latest updates the ‘new version’ stopped working completely and only the old version works.
FIX IT GUYS; they never respond to emails and complaints and that is a SHAME for such a nice solution.

Absolutely garbage

I bought easydiag connector about 3 years ago and to say I’ve not been able to use more than I have is an understatement. Every time I plug this thing in there is a different issue. Every time they update the app there is a new issue. I’ve been able to work around them until now,connector is now a desk ornament. Never again will I buy a launch product

Do not buy

Had the old Easydiag with
purchased BT dongle and GM software about 7 years.
Used to transfer fine to each iphone until the XR I have now.
Updated everything it asked and now the app will not connect to car.
Only choice left is buying yet again a GM software package.
I also read that I’m not the only one, buyer beware buying sketchy ghostware.

Doesn’t work

Bought it to scan for Porsche check engine lights and real time monitoring - doesn’t work. When I press the icons they get lighter but no other reaction - the functionality itself doesn’t come up no matter how long you wait. Will be returning the obdii device

Does not work

Quite simply it doesn’t work. The old version I used would but I’ve been going back and forth with their tech support for two days and it still will not work, and they’ve stopped returning e mails. I’ve spend $60 on software (not including the device). Don’t be a sucker, stay away!
