Install IperfUtil app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IperfUtil"
The search will reveal the IperfUtil app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once IperfUtil is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IperfUtil.
Now enjoy IperfUtil on PC.

Can’t do anything but crash

Sadly, nothing about this application works except the initial GUI. As soon as it is tasked to do something, it crashes. Completely uselelss as a diagnostic tool. Spend 5 minutes learning the iperf command line and you’ll be far ahead of this app.

This is an easy and fairly graphic way to run an perf test. I found it bo be fairly intuitive, but simple things like labeling the buttons and providing more robust documentation would push it up a star or two. For me, it was worth it, since I often need to test throughput on my network connections, but I would love to see it polished up.
