Install Sumpple IPCam app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Sumpple IPCam on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sumpple IPCam"
- The search will reveal the Sumpple IPCam app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Sumpple IPCam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sumpple IPCam.
- Now enjoy Sumpple IPCam on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Sumpple IPCam Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Sumpple IPCam,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Sumpple IPCam" » then Click "Install".
- Sumpple IPCam will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- Landscape mode on iPad doesn't allow use of functions
- Cannot split screen with other apps or use in picture-in-picture setting
- Changes/updates to app have made it less convenient to use
- Cameras have disappeared from app and login is not working, making the app useless
- Poor customer support from Sumpple

Great app

I would like to say it is a great app and easy to use , however in landscape mode on the iPad it doesn’t allow you to use the functions , which would be helpful, also should be able to split screen with this app , to make it more useful when using other apps , or use in a picture in picture setting. Overall nice app

Camera works fine but the app changes/ update were better before. I have to swipe to scan landscape, before you could click a button and it went itself and stopped if you hit it again. Bring this option back plz. Now I have to keep swiping and sometimes do to many.

Cameras keep disappearing!

App worked great for quite awhile, however now all four cameras have disappeared from app. I’ve tried logging out & logging back in & I’ve also tried reloading the app & logging back in. App declines login & reflects that I’m entering wrong log in email and/or password. Had to do same process about week ago & the email & password worked for me then! This is now useless!

What happened to this app.

This app was working great up until a few weeks ago. Now it’s useless. I contacted the app and we were working to get this working again but then they quit contacting me so now I have 2 worthless cameras. I even let them know that others were having the same problem but still no contact.
