Install Sumpple Care app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Sumpple Care on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sumpple Care"
The search will reveal the Sumpple Care app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Sumpple Care is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sumpple Care.
Now enjoy Sumpple Care on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Sumpple Care,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Sumpple Care" » then Click "Install".
- Sumpple Care will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- The app has useful features.

- The product itself is good.

☹ Cons:

- Poor customer care department.

- The app has technical issues, such as server exceptions and notifications not working.

- The problem was not fixed permanently as the camera went down again after a month.

Love it..when it works.

We stopped getting notifications. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping it would fix the problem, but now when logging into my account, I get a "server exception" error message telling me to try again later. FIX THIS!!! Update: they did get everything working again but now a month later, the cam is down again! Emailed the company and did get some dialog going but it has stopped and nothing is fixed.

I like the product itself, however, I have been trying to work with the customer care department to fix one issue without success. When I email, their response seems to not understand my issue.
