Install Rafter Help app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rafter Help"
- The search will reveal the Rafter Help app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Rafter Help is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Rafter Help.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Rafter Help,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Rafter Help" » then Click "Install".
- Rafter Help will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Save your money there is much better calculators for free on the internet. I assumed it woiuld give me the app calculations for any type roof I wanted to build, not gonna happen. Specifically hip roof rafters mating 2 different pitches. I also had to figure out format to enter data with onscreen keyboard very annoying. It did function for what it is very limited.

Bought to check personal calculations on a roof design for a shed I was building....waste of time and money. Dimensioning to the center of the ridge beam when the ridge beam size isn’t defined is useless....
