Install ScrollStickies app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ScrollStickies"
The search will reveal the ScrollStickies app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ScrollStickies is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ScrollStickies.
Now enjoy ScrollStickies on PC.

Nice, but...

I like the way it works - very simple and straight forward. HOWEVER, twice in the last three days all my data disappeared. I did manage to find the backup folders, but still lost data.

I loved the old stickies.this version completely messes up my entire desktop every time i close out. Please fix this asap!! It hides my notes, adds old ones i don’t want, and takes away my screenshots too!! Are you kidding me? for a paid item, this is much, much worse than the free one. FIX NOW !!!
