Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Text Editor by Qrayon"
The search will reveal the Text Editor by Qrayon app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Text Editor by Qrayon is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Text Editor by Qrayon.

Almost perfect

It’s surprising hard to find a free plain this app that integrates with iPhone file system. This app lets you edit plain the app files directly on your file system without copying the files into the app’s sandbox. This is huge in terms of workflow. One small issue I had was the the app in the navigation bar can overlap with system shortcuts on the iPhone X. This is only a minor issue. Thanks for the great app.

App opens, but no buttons are responsive. Can’t open documents, create documents, edit settings, NOTHING. iPhone 6. Update coming?
