Install Hogwasher app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Hogwasher on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Hogwasher"
The search will reveal the Hogwasher app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Hogwasher is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Hogwasher.
Now enjoy Hogwasher on PC.

Absolutely loved Hogwasher

For txt mode Usenet it has all the features I was looking for, plus some. It is as good as the best from the old windows days from years past. Way and away better than Forte. Seems reliable as well. Support from Asar was immediate and to the point on one question I had. And there is a link in the package as well for idea's as well as questions. It is worth every penny!
A great replacment for Unison

Although support for Unison stopped several years ago, it was working OK until macOS came along; so I finally needed something new when I upgraded my Mac and changed from OSX to macOS. this app is the best of what’s currently available in terms of its integration with the NZBIndex search engine, which is a feature of Unison that I particularly liked.

Hogwasher is a nice Usenet reader

this app is a nice Usenet reader I recently started using this app more and have found it to be an excellent Usenet reader I found a bug and let the programmers know about it. I sent them console log files. They were able to find the issue and will update in the next release. So I would say support on the app is good and responsive. I find the app is easy to use, easy to get the right view I am looking for, and easy to download files.
