  • So Much Potential

    By sceee1991 (Pcmac user)

Summary: This app has so much potential, but most of that is unrealized. There were new features implemented that were sorely desired, but are unusable or so difficult they are not worth it. Details: I was excited to see this new app, especially with the app highlighting, note taking, and bookmarking features. Alas, this has been nothing but a disappointment. I can highlight - sometimes. the app note taking? It doesn't work for me without a laborious process of guessing what is happening because the app note disappears when I type. It is cumbersome to switch between lessons, though this may be due to the app last point I will make in this review. the app scripture tie in seemed like a grand idea, but I wish they had left it out. When I attempt to read the app scripture from the app teaching portion of the app lesson, it shows the app footnotes and subscripts/super scripts as the app same size as the app text, making this difficult at best. So difficult I choose to not use it. On this note, why not just tie this into Olive Tree or YouVersion? Last, and perhaps most frustrating, is the app lessons scroll so slowly they make me want to quit using the app app. I have to attempt to scroll over and over to get it to move. I was so hopeful for this app. Somewhere deep inside of me I am hoping Lifeway didn't hire this out and now do not have plans to update it. If these items can be fixed, this will be a very useful tool. Otherwise, it was a waste of money and time.
  • Works well, needs updates

    By Ernbotropolis (Pcmac user)

I’ve been using this app for over a year on an iPad to teach. I love not having to have a hard copy in order to study. I can pull the app app up on my phone or tablet and study the app content. Other Reviewers mention slow scrolling and crashing, but I haven’t experienced any of those problems on either device. I do wish the app two devices would sync more consistently. Highlights and notes made on one rarely show up on the app other. My biggest wish is that the app app could be used in split screen on the app iPad. I like to reword things and add notes, which is easier with a clean slate. I’d like to be able to see both the app GP content and have a note taking app open to rewrite things.
  • My purchases are forever gone

    By LTurner (Pcmac user)

I have returned to this app after a a year or two. the app content I have purchased is gone and all previous gospel project lessons available for purchase are gone with the app exception of the app two most recent versions. This is utterly despicable and terrible business practices on life way' part not just because everything is gone but because with or without the app content this is a terrible and clunky app. His is a different app from the app previous gospel project if an app is this bad and lazily put together it should never make it to market. It's basically a PDF reader for this app only it is the app worst PDF reader I have ever used. this app would be better off in the app iBook or kindle store rather than this tragedy.
  • Ok, but has problems

    By 12Bart (Pcmac user)

This app is ok for me except an internet connection is required to open content even if it was previously downloaded. Also no way to send feedback other than the app app store. Do they even read these reviews? I dont use any functions except to read the app lesson.
