1. ・On the Edit Habits screen, you can edit the habit's name, habit plans, start date, notifications, and colors.
2. ・Tap the Add button on the Habits Lists screen to create a habit.
3. When you first start to build a new habit, your lifestyle will change greatly around the new habit.
4. ・Swipe left or right on the Calendar screen to view other habits.
5. ・Tap the Add button on the Category Lists screen to create a category.
6. ・On the Calendar screen, tap the date to add a record.
7. In order to build new habits, the first few weeks are very important.
8. You could also try getting into the habit of cleaning up.
9. Habit is a second nature.
10. At the beginning, start by repeating some very small things.
11. If you continue with small actions with little resistance, before you know it, that small action will snowball into big results.
