Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Comelit on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Comelit"
The search will reveal the Comelit app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Comelit is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Comelit.

The Comelit VIP app was dreadful, this is worse

Our 13 unit building has suffered for 2 years with the shortcomings of the this app VIP Remote app. It’s now been replaced by the this app app, which is even worse. The former version had many superfluous menu options that interrupted attempts to communicate with an outside caller. The new version has just as many or more. It also very often displays an error message in the middle of an attempt at communication that reads ‘Device not activated’ or ‘Device not registered’ although all procedures for activation and registration have been completed and confirmed. Once in a while, completely unpredictably, it actually works. When that happens it looks like a functional system. But the next 5 times, it bombs out. It’s quite a disaster, I can’t imagine what made the company think it was ready for release.
Doesn’t Work

Connected my “Porter” / “Door Entry System” (door bell / intercom in a big building). This took way too long. Manually typing in the wifi password oh man. Finally showed up and worked, with my device appearing at the top of my dashboard. Closed the app. Opened it again and am now missing my device and even the category for my device is missing - even though I’m logged in. The solve was to log out. Log back in click manage devices, you’ll see the “Door Entry System” is missing. Click a random other type of device. It will say nothing found. Then, surprise your device shows back up in your dashboard. They really need to take this through some debugging...

Our building got rid of our doormen in favor of this app. For the most part, for me, anyway, it works. Except when it doesn’t (about 30% of the time) and I get weird messages on a few attempts. Also people who are ringing in often have to call me so I can let them in instead of the app letting me know they are here. On weeknights I see delivery people crowding around the panel trying to reach their customers so this suggests that our building should have either used a different system or kept the doormen.

It works when it works. Randomly will stop working and I have to call the phone guy out. And one issue I have noticed is if you get the call and you get an alert or a date appointment notification on iPhone while talking to person at door, it will drop the call and you cannot reconnect to it. Also, there have been some issues with how it works when my iPhone is connected to my car, hardwired and Bluetooth. If those issues get figured out, easily a 5 star product.
