I don’t know what has happened with anyone else on this app, but I had no problem. I was really worried about my tickets after I read all the reviews. Make sure you download the app! Once you create a password for the app and download the app, you can see your purchases and e-tickets. Use the e-tickets straight from the app to be scanned when you’re entering the venue. The printed version looks weird so just use the one on your phone. I was freaking out because I thought I wouldn’t get my tickets. Yes, they charge way more than the original price, but it’s a third party seller. If you don’t want to pay extra then use another ticket seller. But the app did work fine for me as far as just buying tickets to an event. The tickets were real.

I only realized just how fraudulent this service was until I had paid for my tickets. The ridiculous scalped price combined with the app's one-star review horror stories & pending law suits should have tipped me off, but by the time I saw these things, the transaction was already complete. All there was left to do was go to the venue and get turned away (as I figured others would have been sold the exact same ticket, and one would get in before me, making mine void). Somehow, incredibly, miraculously, I got in. Under no circumstance will I be using this service again, nor do I advise that anyone else use it. But I must give credit where credit is due. Bless you all, and have a wonderful night.

the app is just a buyers/sellers platform and at least in my case they stood with me in my disappointment. Drove 2 hours to see Paul McCartney, only to be turned away at the gate. Someone had same tickets and those tickets were already scanned. I called the app using the number from the email they sent the tickets with and the Customer Service agent tried to secure other tickets but couldn’t. (The event was sold out, dah. It’s Paul McCartney). But, at least they attempted to get me in. I received a full refund in just a couple days on my credit card plus a voucher for half of the amount ( including fees ) I spent on McCartney, as a credit towards another event of my choosing in the next 12 months. Waiting for something closer to home worthwhile to use the voucher. If it doesn’t I’ll update thus post.
Sometimes reviews can be misleading

I bought 2 concert tickets for Celine Dion concert in Singapour since all the tickets were sold out. Just after that I read the reviews and freaked out. I decided to sell my tickets which I did. The website hold the money to make sure the tickets are valid till after the concert. After the validity of the tickets were confirmed the website released the money and deposited back to my account. I was very happy to get the refund. The website is not a fraud it’s just a platform for users to buy and sell tickets. The good thing is they keep the money until the validity is confirmed though it might take a bit long to get a refund but you will eventually get it. This was my experience anyways.
