I love this app, but of this app needs to Communicate with its users! In a few months I’ve made it to 370k followers. Grind out quality video after video, viral hit after viral hit. Even have a video currently in excess of over 10 million views and 2 million likes. this app on Instagram has featured 2 of my videos. I have been emailed by businesses, and companies. I’ve been messaged by other users and creators..I have asked...but I have not received any help from this app. I have emailed numerous times asking questions, needing help and all I get in return is an automated email or no response at all. They need to make is so we can talk with an actual person, especially when an account is growing so fast and doing so well, I would think there would be some sort of communication with someone from this app. this app need a better response system to people who screen record my videos and zoom in on the video so the watermark is gone. I’ve reported quite a few videos people have stole from my page...it should be as easy as deleting the video when I report it this app not 17 pages of paperwork on copy-write infringement. Also needs to fix the hashtag issue or whatever they have going on...I recorded a video on July 4th...posted it on July 4th, and I tagged it #july4th.....but because of the algorithm, my video that has 2 million likes and has #july4th associated with it is no where to be seen when you search the hashtag

This is such a great app. I at first downloaded it as a joke (just as a lot of other people have) and as the time went by, I’ve actually enjoyed myself on this app. I’ve even blown up a couple of times, and now I’ve hit up to almost 900 fans! But that was more towards the beginning when I started using the app. For the past couple of months I have noticed a decrease on my growth and came to the conclusion that my content wasn’t being put on the for you page any more. There would be times where I would post two things back to back and they would end up having the same amount of views and likes, and not many, meaning that I was only showing up on the following page which is a lot less looked at than the for you page. I have reported this problem to the report section in the settings on the app and never got a response. I assumed it may not be a big deal and they’ll respond when they can, but that was 2-3 months ago. Every so often I check my email and this app to see if I have gotten a response and I have gotten nothing. I have reported about 4 times now leaving my email in the contact info box and have gotten nothing. I enjoy this app and I like making this kind of content and want more people to see it. But as the days go on with no sign of at least any closure on why this has been happening, my motivation lowers. Please fix this problem with response and please respond to me at least.

Musically was great before the new update and in my opinion it still is amazing, but there are a few things that definitely keep me off of the app more. My number one thing is how the privates or drafts(as they are called now) are organized. After the update when you go to look at your privates you made before the update they go back to the top!!! And that may not bother some people but it definitely bothers me because I like to have them in order of when I made them, but they go back to the top. My number two thing is the way musically organized the privates so that you can’t just look at one musically then just scroll up to see the next one. Musically changes it so that you have to click a musically click on the picture of you in the musically in the top right corner then exit that picture and exit that musically area where it wants you to post it then go to the next one. It was just a lot more convenient before the update. And the last thing that really bugs me(besides the fact they have to fix major bugs in the app) is that musicallys bored where you can favorite sounds NEEDS WiFi to use it, so I’m still saving random musicallys to save sounds too!!!! I don’t have data so I have to save a random musically to save the sound as week as flagging it as a favorite, but It wouldn’t be so bad if it were easier to scroll through your privates then it is. So I’ve been having issues with the app since December of 2018 I was informed by someone who followed me on this app that my account was no longer there I wasn’t even aware at the time that the account was no longer I got an error message saying opps you’re account has been temporarily suspended so I submit an issues in the app through the application I thought no big deal they will fixed it and I’ll be able to use the app again. but no I haven’t been able to use the app since December of 2018 because the app isn’t working at all it’s just a black screen and Chinese text when I tried to make a new account it won’t go passed the Birthday selection of the app since the app isn’t working at all for me I have it both downloaded on my iPad and iPhone I’ve never had any issues with the app before I’ve had the app since 2015. I’m submit several emails to get this issue resolved and fixed but I’ve been unable to receive an response back from you support team . I emailed the creators team they informed me a few months ago that my account was deleted and was no longer active anymore I never gotten any type of information or email that my account was deleted and I wouldn’t be able to use the app anymore . plus I’ve never gotten an reason gotten an reason why my account was temporarily suspended in the first place I followed the Community guidelines and I followed the rules of the app. I would like to use the app again hopefully the issues that I’m having will fixed .
