Software Features and Description

1. FuzzyTime only updates every five minutes, which makes you less likely to worry about minutes ticking away and not getting your work done, but still gives you a sense of time so you don't have to fear missing any meetings or similar.

2. FuzzyTime is the spiritual successor to the classic application FuzzyClock, and supports all the 74 languages that FuzzyClock did, and more! You can also spice up your clock by using a custom font.

3. Why would you want this? Apart from being a new fun way to display time (especially with language options like "Bork Bork" or "Jive") it can also be a great way to reduce stress.

4. With FuzzyTime you get a simple, human readable clock in your menubar, that can be used instead of your computer's built in clock.

5. Another neat thing you can do is setting up special times where you would like to show a certain message or play a sound.

6. Instead of 16:40, you would see "twenty to five".

  • great FuzzyClock replacement

    By Ignatius_J_Reilly (Pcmac user)

Was using something called FuzzyClock for years to do what this does: put the time into your menubar in a fun, easy-to-read manner. The translation options are very fun, and pretty much any language you can think of is represented here. Not to ruin the party but I'd have gladly paid a few bucks for this!
  • Great successor to FuzzyClock

    By cugwithx (Pcmac user)

I’m the original developer of FuzzyClock and could not be happier with this application. When Marcus approached me about using the original localizations, I was more than happy to let him use them as I could not continue to work on FuzzyClock due to my current work. this app works great for me on all recent OS X versions and I am very happy to use it! Thanks a lot Marcus!
  • Perfect.

I’d been using FuzzyClock for years, and it’d only recently become buggy: it wouldn’t appear after waking my laptop, or when a second display was added/removed. Thankfully, Marcus’ excellent this app is a perfect replacement—I’m so glad I found it.
  • Does what it promises!

    By Cbbfle (Pcmac user)

The app works well, is free, and is written in Swift- what more would you want? Pro tip- hold down command and you can reorder menu bar items. (Bartender is a great app for that as well)
