What is PayTix?

PayTix® is a mobile app that enables users to pay for parking tickets in a safe and secure environment without any added usage fee other than a member cities convenience fees (if applicable). The app has direct connections to member cities parking systems and is a partner of the cities listed in their supported city list.

3. PayTix® is FREE! We feel adding app "usage fees" on top of what you pay for a parking ticket is unfair and burdensome to you, the "public", and we are totally committed to keeping PayTix® FREE.

4. Since PayTix® is fully supported by member cities you can be assured that your payment is handled with the same security safe guards that are available to you on our member cities payment websites.

5. If your ticket is not in the city's parking system yet, don't worry, PayTix® will setup simple reminders and a "Ticket List" for you to check your tickets availability.

6. Simply pick the city that you got your parking ticket in and either scan the ticket number bar code on the ticket or manually enter the ticket number into PayTix® and press the Submit button.

7. When you pay for your parking tickets with PayTix™, you are paying with the same service that processes payments for the member cities today.

8. PayTix® has native interfaces to our member cities systems.

9. Please note, some member cities may apply a "convenience" or "service" fee to transactions to cover the cost of providing services to the public.

10. PayTix® will then guide you through the ticket payment process in 4 easy steps.

11. We do not charge a "usage fee" to download the PayTix® app.

Install PayTix app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using PayTix on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PayTix"
The search will reveal the PayTix app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PayTix is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PayTix.
Now enjoy PayTix on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PayTix,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PayTix" » then Click "Install".
- PayTix will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Double charged me, and won’t respond to my messages

First, the app displayed error messages saying my debit card wasn’t working. I carefully re-entered my card info multiple times and kept getting the same message. Eventually I went back square one to where you enter your ticket #, and re-entered that. It said I owed $0. So I checked with my bank account and it indicated I HAD been charged - TWICE! This app has a help-support option that just allows you to send them an email. I have sent two emails this way to them. So far no response. Not even a standard automated “we’ve received your message.” Also, no email confirmation of two payments or even a confirmation that I’ve registered with the app. There is no phone number listed on this app or any other way to contact them other than what I’ve described above. No other recourse whatsoever to address this.

This App should of been designed to make paying tickets easier not harder ? First off when you pay the Ticket you are supposed to get a confirmation sent to your email for the payment like a receipt . This App sends nothing to your email to confirm your payments ? When I emailed the developer they said check my spam mail so I did nothing there ? Then they said call the city where I payed for the ticket & ask them for a confirmation ? What why should I even bother using this App this has happened 3 times ? Better to drive to City Hall & pay in person or use there website this App is just Idiotic ???????

It was very easy to do. Took me 3 minutes from start to finish. Processed very quickly and had no hassle imputing my information. 👍🏽
Terrible Design. Frustrating to use.

This app provides a basic function. It is amazing how clunky and poorly designed it is. Buttons awkwardly placed, requires unnecessary taps, and doesn’t allow the lookup by plate feature to pay multiple tickets at a time. When paying parking tickets I would choose: city website, phone, mail, this app. It’s that bad.
