Install eTracing app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using eTracing on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "eTracing"
- The search will reveal the eTracing app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once eTracing is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including eTracing.
- Now enjoy eTracing on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use eTracing,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "eTracing" » then Click "Install".
- eTracing will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Receive unit in mail in a timely manner, then after some detailed searching, I found the application that was made to use with this tracking hardware. Then realized that the software also needed to be purchased. Bought the software, set up was easy, then found out that it doesn't work. No matter what I tried, the unit kept sounding the alarm both on the unit and on the phone no matter if I was 3 inches away or between 1 foot and 25 feet away. Battery is good, contacts look good, but did not work as described. I am running the iOS version 9.3.1 and it doesn't matter, it does not work. Save your money and avoid.

Garbage

The tags themselves and this app is a perfect example of made in China garbage. It's pretty much useless, both hardware and the app are so buggy and are made with the more poor quality I ever seen in a product. The actual tag's button becomes unusable after battery is installed because of the poor tight compartment.

i have iPhone 5S ios 9.0 , but the application have a bug when i try to find my etracer please to make a solution for this problem, thanks in advance, the application work on ios 8
