Install Mediatek SmartDevice app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Mediatek SmartDevice on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mediatek SmartDevice"
- The search will reveal the Mediatek SmartDevice app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Mediatek SmartDevice is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mediatek SmartDevice.

So this app works perfectly for my smart watch device A9 and iOS 6+ It sends receives all alerts.. When I say all I do mean all 😭. The text alerts come on the alert screen not text. I found this out by playing with device. The only thing is I would like to use watch apps with it... I want to use my watch to pay for things and open hotel room doors... Text back... It's limited now but hopefully with feedback you can make better integrations. I can not however change date show on my display it's stuck on the 24th even though settings has correct date 😐

possible issues?

using it with IOS 9 on iPhone 6 and Oukitel A28 watch. It seems to link but it is not really syncing with the watch. I have all my contacts and sees my music (limited) and I can answer the phone on the watch. However, I cannot get the pedometer data back to the app from the watch, and it is not turning the alerts off from the app to the watch. I can also NOT see text messages on the phone. My guess is that IOS 9 is a slight issue. I cannot find anyone to contact to report the issues directly.

Limited use on my DM360 Watch

As noted in other reviews, the app only stays connected for a few seconds on my iPhone 6. I am able to connect the watch via the standard bluetooth settings on the phone, but it offers limited usability. There is no message notification, as phone synchronization does not work. You can answer a phone call through the phone, but this program isn’t necessary to perform that function. Obviously, an update is needed to allow full access to the smartphone’s capabilities. Too bad there is NO customer support to be found. :-(

Doesn’t find my watch

Well, nice Christmas gift-if I could use it to its full potential. Bluetooth connect can accept calls w iPhone SE cannot text, browse web, connect to Facebook or anything else. Plays music library....this review is sporadic because not much works it’s a fancy looking regular watch......very disappointed the app won’t find my device and I’ve tried all the tech steps. Fix the app for a better rating! The details do say it will work with iOS as does the page prior to downloading the app.
