Amazing! (Use Details)

this app is truly an efficient and easy way to report issues to the app. I reported streetlight outages and they quickly fixed that. A sign that broke they also fixed after I reported it. It’s not true that “they mark everything as closed and then forget about it”. They do try their best to fix it, but sometimes they didn’t find the location. I’ve found out that I be had to report the very exact location with nearby locations and things they will see upon arriving to identify where the problem is. The slider can only give them an approximate location. So after I followed up to realize they couldn’t find it, I resubmitted with more info and boom, fixed 2 days later. Thank you the app!

Very useful

This app makes it easy to report violations and damage to the city. All my reports have been followed through to resolved or have resulted in being contacted personally to let me know the incident was being moved to the county department. Excellent resource and I’m very pleased with the city staff.

Waste of Time

Report whatever you want. It’ll get closed without getting resolved. Best bet is to just move out of the app to a better city.

Doesn’t work.

I couldn’t get this app to work at all. When I click “New Request,” it says, “Registering,” and eventually says it can’t register me.
