Install PingOne app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using PingOne on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PingOne"
The search will reveal the PingOne app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PingOne is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PingOne.
Now enjoy PingOne on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PingOne,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PingOne" » then Click "Install".
- PingOne will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It' very easy to use and makes accessing enterprise applications very convenient.
App does not work, Change Healthcare does not support THEIR OWN APP!!

Does not work. The only part within the app that works is Chatter. I logged a ticket with the wonderful Change Healthcare tech support, and after a ONE MONTH WAIT, their answer is: We don’t support the app. WHY PUT OUT AN APP FOR AN IPHONE IF YOU WON’T SUPPORT IT? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! USELESS!!!

Horrible!!! Can not authentic my phone. Called PING, and guess what!? They can’t help me!!!! This is for my job!! Important information cannot be accessed unless I am at my place of employment. This is useless as far as I’m concerned
