Best App to do multiple things with PDF documents

Though the name of the app is . It does also merge, arrange pages and also you can create a new the app file from selected pages that you want from multiple files.
Will not work on my ipad ios12.4

I downloaded the app & watched the video. Looked easy. Using Safari, I browsed to a the app l wanted to load. Touched and held on the open document, got the circle but never got the expected “Open in “the app Splicer” option as shown in your video. I tried closing & reopening the browser and the app — made no difference. I emailed the support address but have no reply in > 24 hours. I deleted the app until I have confidence it works on my device. //Thom//
Not as good as PDF Splicer (original version)

Layout of the app is very different but there isn't a user guide to read instructions. Instead the developer wants the user to watch a 10 min video explaining the app’s features. Frustrating when I only have one question. And, like others have reported - NOT A FREE APP. I blame Apple for this too. They shouldn’t allow developers to mislead users so they will download the app. Good luck - they have some work to do on this version.
