Could it be any worse now in 2016?

The app started okay a couple or three years ago... clunky, but it worked on wifi or 4G. It has gotten far worse and now it is only occasionally that I can monitor remotely. It NEVER works over cellular. It works in SOME hotels but I can't tell why or why not and I only stay at Marriotts but some work and some don't. Try calling support... hours wasted with people who just read scripts in an almost English dialect. One support person screwed up the system so bad it erased all of my cameras and he couldn't even add them back in... hours on the phone and I had to back to nothing and rebuild entire system one camera at a time for 16 cameras plus 2 phones and 4 iPads... so many hours wasted... it is crap. The cameras are good the software and support are horrible. With FLIR buying them out, maybe future FLIR generations will work, but this LNR300 and software is HORRIBLE.

I just received the 6 camera HD kit on sale at co$tko. I am very pleased with purchase, and how easy it is to set up. I don't have all cameras installed yet, but the two that I connected work great! I set up on my iPad Air, my wife's iPad mini, & on my iPod touch. At first, I had trouble with mini, but that was because I did not set up the same password that was used for the iPad Air. I was able to view camera one on both air,& mini. I did not try all cameras yet. I will report back later.
Terrible app

The app works fine. Sometimes. When it doesn't work it has to be deleted, download it again, and all the information entered to access the cameras again. The same app for the iPhone works fine. They have so many apps, and it's difficult to know which one works for which system. Even tech-support isn't sure. They don't seem in a hurry to fix it either. I am not impressed with their tech support.

Love the NVR security camera system, works great and the 1080p cameras are awesome. Just wished that the app would work properly. The app gets stuck most of the time and have to keep restarting to get it running again. I haven't had a problem of crashing, just stops and skips. It seems you have quality security systems so please fix the app to run as smooth.
