2. For complete instructions on registering for Lorex DDNS, please refer to your product's instruction manual.

3. View live, full-screen security video from your home security cameras, wireless security cameras, or any other security camera at any time, from where ever you are.

4. Enter your Lorex DDNS information in your DVR using DVR NETVIEW (SETUP> DDNS).

5. Please refer to your camera's instruction manual for port information and details on how to port forward your router.

6. Please refer to your router's instruction manual for details on port forwarding or contact your ISP if using a combined modem/router.

7. In your browser, go to to register for Lorex's FREE DDNS service.

Download and install the LOREX Live app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using LOREX Live on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LOREX Live"
The search will reveal the LOREX Live app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once LOREX Live is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LOREX Live.
Now enjoy LOREX Live on PC.

To get LOREX Live on Windows 11, check if there's a native LOREX Live Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing LOREX Live:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "LOREX Live" » Click "Install" to install LOREX Live
- LOREX Live will now be available on your windows start-menu.

App no longer working! Help

My app suddenly stopped working. I go to open it and it says "connecting" then it all of a sudden crashes and closes. I also tried it from my Husbands phone and his application does the same thing, I tried contacting technical support and was told the wait was over an hour. frustrating this application is no longer working and you cant get anyone to help you from the company.
Not compatible with new iOS updates....

this app always had crashing issues but got the job done... then about a year ago it stopped working all together as it says the app isn’t compatible with the iOS version and the maker needs to update the app. After many calls of them saying they will be updating soon I’ve had it... I’m done waiting and tired of not being able to remotely view my system... I’m installing a new night owl system... don’t by the app they don’t stand by there product once they make newer models...
Crashing... Again!!

When this app works it's amazing! When it doesn't, it's so frustrating! I have not been able to connect with my camera's for a few months now! The reason I choose the app is because of the app and to be able to view my camera's when away from my home, right now that feature is useless!! I've rebooted, I've deleted the app and reinstalled, no luck! I tried to go to tech help but the website just kept circling me around, so I'm a bit frustrated at the moment!! Anyone have any advice?!?

Update fixed all the issues with iOS 6. Works great. Would be 6+ stars if you could add audio. Also please reintegrate the functionality into safari. When you use someone else's Mac you can't expect to be able to install a new app on their computer.
