Lorex_mobile_ECO for Pc

First let me start off by saying that I'm a 20 year I.T. director. Secondly let me say that I never write reviews, this may be my 2nd ever. But due to this POS app I felt I needed to write this and maybe help some folks here. When I bought my Lorex system I set everything up and everything worked fine, DDNS, Mobile & Client. Then one day my mobile app stopped working (Ver 1.0.3 with latest Lorex firmware, Iphone 5S latest OS). No network changes. Being in I.T., I went through everything concerning set up (reinstalls included) and nothing would make my mobile app work. I know, 100% the settings are correct and I know this bec I downloaded MEye and used the same exact settings and everything worked perfectly. If your mobile device stopped working don't pull your hair out, download a non affiliated 3rd party App to do what Lorex couldn't accomplish with their own sorry App. Lorex, get to work, you have some catching up to do!

Update: Now no IOS 11?!?! Original Review: With the amount of money I have spent on my Lorex system, I am completely disappointed with the mobile viewing app offered by Lorex. First, why in the sam h*ll isn't there an iPad app??!! So, I'm using this iPhone-sized app on my iPad, and the quality is horrendous. The picture is blurry to the point where you can't make out a face even at close distance. Second, when I have this app running for a while (about 10 minutes or more), the dang thing disconnects my entire iPad from my wi-fi connection. At first, I thought it was my internet connection, so I restarted my modem. However, the same thing happened again later and this time I checked the other many devices we have running on both wi-fi and wired connections and no other device was disconnected. Third, there should be an option to capture video...this app only captures still pictures, which are useless anyway because of the poor quality. Fourth, there should be an option to view more than 4 cameras! I have a 16 channel system! Come on, Lorex! Provide a quality iPad app and get with the program! This app is a piece of garbage, unfortunately matching the quality of Lorex's horrible customer service.

I can’t view my cameras on one device due the the iOS update, and wont’t update on my phone until lorex app updated! I cannot afford to not be able to view my cameras, this app is extremely important to me! I had zero complaints before this. Please help. Will rate 5 stars again and soon as it’s done!

This program combined with the lorex system is an absolute lifesaver. It allows me to keep track of my store from anywhere. Works flawlessly for me about 95% of the time. I can't believe that this program is free when you have the Lorex camera system. I have had to call tech support two different times to help me with setting up. Both times they were super helpful and solved my problem the first time. If this app had sound audio capabilities I'd give it 10 stars.
