✔ Pros:

- The app has been in use for over 5 years and the cameras are still working fine.

- The app has remote access capabilities.

☹ Cons:

- The mobile version stopped working for some internet providers due to a 32-bit security issue.

- The app has a bug that causes camera connections to drop frequently.

- The app does not have a remote reboot option.

- The app stopped working completely after updating to IOS 13.

- The software/internet aspect of the company seems confused and the app has obvious bugs and dysfunction.

- The company does not seem to listen to customer feedback and may not do beta testing.

Cameras drop to frequently.

I had this system now for 5+ years. From installed date system has always dropped camera connections. You never know what camera is working. Reboot solves the problem for awhile but not that long. Remote access should at least give you a remote reboot option on the app. I have 8 cameras and not often do I see all functioning properly. App seams to work well. I don’t believe my issues are the app. I would not recommend the system I have installed.

The mobile version stopped working two years ago for ATT and many wifi. Called technical support many times but no use. Now after upgrade I know it was 32 bits security issue, which did not fit the minimal security requirement for many internet providers. Anyway, it is well overdue but solves the problem. I was planning to replace the whole system with other brand but now can stay with this old version for a while. After several days of using the app I found that there is a bug in this app. It need restart the app every time which mean that you have to quit the app completely first.

the app used to be at the top with their security camera technology. They still make quality cameras, but this whole software/internet thing has them very confused. My sense is, but I don’t know for fact, is they’ve been pulled kicking and screaming into the digital age. Across the board their software works like it was written by frustrated programmers in way over their heads with management breathing down their necks. They don’t listen to customer feedback: In fact, they seem to be annoyed by it. Given the obvious bugs and disfunction of this app I seriously don’t thing they do any beta testing. There are many newer, less expensive and better quality systems out there. Sad that the app has become a dinosaur.

this app app was working fine for me for over 5 years, who knew once I updated to IOS 13 that it would stop working completely!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORK AGAIN as I spent $2000 for your cameras system! As for the cameras, they are all still working fine, I can view them locally.
