Install mySchneider app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using mySchneider on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "mySchneider"
The search will reveal the mySchneider app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once mySchneider is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including mySchneider.
Now enjoy mySchneider on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use mySchneider,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "mySchneider" » then Click "Install".
- mySchneider will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Worthless waste of phone memory

I recently had a new Galaxy VX1000 UPS installed at my facility, and it was suggested that I download the My Schneider app, which I did. Unfortunately the model of my UPS is not able to be loaded as an asset, so I can’t use the app. In addition, there is no technical support link for the app. When I was on the phone calling in a problem with the UPS, I asked the support guy about it and he was not able to help, either. In all fairness, he said that he would pass it on, and get back to me with a resolution.
Seems pointless and poorly designed

I have a cloud connected ups that suggested I use this app... The app doesn’t actually show any info or status for my UPS, but I can see it on APCs site. When first accessing the app, you are asked to login, and then are redirected to a web page... um, that’s not how apps should work. When you want to add/register a UPS to your account via the app, you again are sent to a web page, that’s poorly formatted for mobile. Dear APC: I want an app that that shows me all of my UPS fleet, without redirecting me to various web pages— it needs to be all done within the app. Maybe eventually APC will improve this app, but given APCs record of poorly designed software, I’m not optimistic.
Very misleading

I downloaded this app, because the APC website implies that this is what I use to monitor my UPS. Nope, the app is basically just a tool to get you to buy more stuff. As far as I can tell, there is no way to actually interface or monitor your devices from this app.
Convenient app if you deal with Schneider products

Great way to search their FAQs and documentation. And if you can't find the info you need through the app, it makes it incredibly easy to contact Schneider directly. I haven't had the opportunity to use the "scan" function yet but I'm interested to see what it can do.
