1. Use the VELUX Roof Pitch app to measure the pitch of your roof and thereby your choice of roof window.

2. The height and placing of the roof window have to be adjusted according to the pitch of the roof.

3. Place your phone directly on the roof to see the pitch, or use the build-in camera mode to find the pitch directly.

4. ”The lower the roof pitch, the longer the roof window”.

5. VELUX recommends that the top of the roof window is installed app.

6. 200 cm above the floor.

Install VELUX Roof Pitch app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using VELUX Roof Pitch on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VELUX Roof Pitch"
The search will reveal the VELUX Roof Pitch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once VELUX Roof Pitch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VELUX Roof Pitch.
Now enjoy VELUX Roof Pitch on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use VELUX Roof Pitch,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "VELUX Roof Pitch" » then Click "Install".
- VELUX Roof Pitch will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
