Location and Camera Access Issues
By KG Adjuster (Pcmac user)
I’ve been using this app for over a year as an adjuster. More recently, there has been a bug that doesn’t allow camera or location services. The app gives instructions to go to settings and privacy to change the settings, but the bug doesn’t allow you to alter the settings to get the app working properly. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times, but to no avail.
I’m still able to put the phone against a slope to get the pitch, but I can’t snap photos to add to my reports. I have to write them down on a notepad and write them into my reports.
Hopefully a developer sees this review and responds. I’d happily change my two star rating to a five if they can get this fixed.

Good but 1 thing could be changed
By Robashton47 (Pcmac user)
This app gives you the pitch factor and angle which is something I have yet to find another app does. However unless you accept the location tracking “while using the app” you’re prompted with the reminder to turn it on each time you open the app...
Make this not show up after the first few times and the app would be perfect. When you’re on a the app it would be great to just open the app and have it work. The less little tinkering I need to do while on the the app the better.

Doesn’t work on iPhone XS
By sammywinks (Pcmac user)
So I got this app for my roofing job. When I get on the the app to use it it asks me about four things before it lets me use it. Has ads that are annoying. My biggest reason for deleting the app is because I broke my phone and got a new one for my job. Emmy new phone was the iPhone XS which has no home button. This app wouldn’t allow me to swipe home. Wouldn’t let me close it because it didn’t have the new iPhone no home button update.

Works great
By TMonroe3 (Pcmac user)
It’s a simple app and does what it’s supposed to do: finds the pitch.
BTW it DID download an icon onto my phone. Seems to me the guy complaining in the previous comment had an iPhone / iOS issue, not an app issue.
