Install Kevo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Kevo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Kevo"
The search will reveal the Kevo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Kevo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Kevo.
Now enjoy Kevo on PC.

✔ Pros:

- Allows guests to check in anytime seamlessly and automatically stops their access at the end of their stay

- Unlimited eKeys can be given out and deleted as necessary, eliminating the worry of guests losing or duplicating keys

- The lock is a good solution for running a bed and breakfast business or Airbnb

☹ Cons:

- The scheduled keys and guest keys never work, requiring the use of anytime keys without admin use

- The app lacks the ability to add specific notes to each guest assigned an E key, making it difficult to delete their accounts later

- The software update requires touching the exterior of the lock, which doesn't work and has been a problem for months.

Software Update... you must touch the exterior of your lock to do the software update. Doesn’t work. I have been trying to update this horrible app for months. It’s so bad, I stopped using the app and went back to a regular key. Yes, that’s how annoying and frustrating this app is. Do you think I like writing reviews like this? No, I have better things to do but this app is soooo bad I just had to. Talk about another annoying feature? I have this locked setup with my WiFi... why in the heck am I constantly bombarded with messages to turn on my Bluetooth? Who the heck uses Bluetooth... an old and outdated technology. Quit bothering me to turn on Bluetooth... I’m using WiFi!!! Oh did I mention the annoying software update that never gets updated??? Don’t buy any product that uses this subpar and quite annoying app. It’s like they hired the worst app programmers to make this app or they were just cheap and lazy to make a good product. F-
I love this app… Only one thing missing

This is the best solution for me in running my bed and breakfast business allowing our guests to check in anytime they like seamlessly and automatically stops their access at the end of their stay… Best thing since sliced bread. My only complaint is that I wish I could put in a specific note with each guest that I assign an E key to, this will make my life so much easier when going back to delete their accounts! Or instead of designating days of the week for this scheduled access that I could instead put dates beginning and ending for their access!

So I had my phone inside the house and walked out front door, instinctively locking it. Realize my phone is inside - touch keypad assuming if I locked the door I could unlock the door. Wrong. So... you can lock the door with the phone inside the house but you can’t unlock the door with the phone inside the house? No problem, my smart watch is connected to my phone so I’ll just unlock the door from my watch. Wrong again. The app does not work through the smart watch. Either disable the ability for the door to be locked when the phone is inside the house or enable it so the door can also be unlocked when the phone is inside the house. Bonus would be for the app to work on a smart watch.
Kēvo and Airbnb

This lock was the answer and compromise we needed to start our Airbnb. The fact that we can give out unlimited eKeys and delete as necessary. We don’t have to worry about guests losing or duplicating keys. Love this lock and it works awesome for my wife and I. The bad - the scheduled keys and guest keys never work. I always have to send anytime keys without admin use. This is frustrating. Why have those options if they don’t work. Guests with newer phones can never access the lock and searches forever. I always have to hand out my key fob which I do not like. Please fix this problem.
