Poor customer service plus terrible shipping

I purchased a designer bag from them and received the package half opened.. I was very upset and called the customer service hoping they could give me a answer. And they just went defensive and simply blamed everything to UPS... But if that’s really the case, how can I never encounter the same situation with other online designer stores like Farfetch and ssense? Poor service + terrible packaging - I will certainly not shop here again.
Poor sorting for sale items

There should be a better way to narrow down the sale items. Specially there should be an option to choose the size you are looking for and only view those sizes. Right now there are thousands of clothing items and sorting through all of them is insane. Also, there should be an option to hide sold out items. Really hope this gets fixed soon.
Fabulous, User-Friendly App

First of all, I have been ordering from this online store for 3 years and have been pleased with the fast delivery and easy returns. The sales are fantastic. My credit card has been safe ordering with them. For some reason, I never got the app. It is one of the best, if not THE best fashion shopping app I've used. It's very intuitive; nicely organized. No "bugs" so far.
