Install DreamBoard app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DreamBoard"
The search will reveal the DreamBoard app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DreamBoard is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DreamBoard.
Now enjoy DreamBoard on PC.

you guys should definetly change the app icon! its totally misleading! Unless that is what you are trying to do! I really would love to get my money back if it is possible!!! I spent $5 for the most useless thing!!! OR, consider to redevelope the whole thing and make it look like the icon itself!
Really should be called DreamSlideshow..

Not really a board is it.. Was hoping for something like the app's icon. Disappointed to find out it was just a slideshow.
