App logs you out right after logging in
By Pickles 736282 (Pcmac user)
This app is a mess. It frequently logs you out right after you log in and as much as you keep trying it keeps logging you out. Every once in a while it lets you stay in so you can use it!

I have been using the application for a long time, every time I log in a minute later it tells me that the application will close the section.

A thoroughgoing disaster which looks like a high school CompSci project.

Could be more useful
By Lj707707 (Pcmac user)
I have had this app on my phone for a few months but have almost never used it.
I wish the medication reminders allowed for more options than just daily reminders. What about meds that are taken weekly or every 10 days or something?
Also with some prescriptions, with DEA restricted substances especially, refills must be requested from one's doctor. In this case, one cannot simply scan their barcode or submit the number, they must call in and speak to a pharmacy staff person who must the submit the request to the doctor who prescribes the medication.
If there were a way to make this process simpler via the app, I would absolutely utilize it. As it is, it's not useful to me.
