Install OBD2 Scanner app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using OBD2 Scanner on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OBD2 Scanner"
The search will reveal the OBD2 Scanner app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once OBD2 Scanner is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OBD2 Scanner.
Now enjoy OBD2 Scanner on PC.

Waste o Money 2 (too)

I beg forgiveness from the previous reviewer... I failed to heed your words... and I paid the price - the price of this app, to be exact! Same thing, it connects and reads the tachometer and that's about it. Says the trouble codes not in database/ couldn't read codes. This car is a newish Subaru afore crying out loud!! It's probably the primary reason anyone gets an app like this. Don't fall prey to this app because it's cheap - it's cheap for a reason. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
Scanner works well

I use several scanners with my ELM-327. This one generates a very detailed report showing the primary functionality of my 1999 Jaguar XK8 engine. Worth the money.
Doesn't really work

It's a waste of money, other apps work without a fault on the same car with the same ELM327 adapter, this one only reads speed, RPM, temp and some other temp sensor I never need. Also on the available gauges that work update rates are low.
Waste of money!

I want my money back! App reads out some things but does NOT out the DTC's which I the entire reason I bought it! Complete rip off
