What is Photo Doctor? This app is designed to improve the quality of pictures that are shaky, defocused, or blurred. It can restore unfocused photos taken by most mobile devices and images blurred by motion of the camera, provided the motion path is simple. However, it cannot restore images with focus distortion parameters different from mobile devices, scratched photos, photos with absent parts, or blurred photos with complex motion trajectory. The size of the result image will be reduced, and huge pictures can take a long time to proceed. Some pictures may not be restored due to physical reasons.

The worst app ever! doesn't fix anything at all. It's a matter of consumers rights! You at Itunes store must remove this app from the store... it'a a shame you even approve it to be sold through your store! I rarelly review apps but this was beyond the limits! PLEASE DON'T BUY IT! I wish I had read the reviews before buying this awful App!

Ive recovered the phone number on the blurred image but it did not get good results on normal image. Its only for heavy blurred images and only for information recovery.

This app more a scientific tool then cool the app filter. Use it to recover badly blurred images.
