Install iGVoice app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iGVoice"
The search will reveal the iGVoice app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iGVoice is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iGVoice.
Now enjoy iGVoice on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iGVoice,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iGVoice" » then Click "Install".
- iGVoice will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This app works, but that is about it. It is clunky and is quite awkward to use. If i want to call a friend I have to scroll through my entire phonebook to select that friend, whats worse is that i cannot select any number but their default number to call. If i want to make calls i have to put the number in manually. I only gave this app four stars because I do not think it deserves the rating that it has. This app has potential but what I ended up opting for was the google hangouts chrome plugin. This runs on the desktop and is offically from google.
Doesn’t work - Blame Google

Google did away with XMPP calling with Google Voice. This app used to work beautifully. But now this app doesn’t work because Google no longer supports this calling method. A shame. Google Hangouts is supposed to integrate this functionality now. This software vendor should remove the app from the App Store. But if they can get some random $$$ every now and then for the wayward app buyer, why should they?

This App is great in theory, paid for it but it didn't work. Developer briefly responded to my email but drop the ball and never got back to me. I uninstalled this App.
