When are you going to update it for Huss Apple IOS 11.2 + users

I have been using the app and the app for a long time and been very happy with both the app and the coffee. The last several months I have been very frustrated as I have not been able to load money onto my card so I have not been using the app as my coffee place. I always loaded $20 the card using the app so I would get the extra benefits, because I didn’t get the extra I decided not to go to the shop. I would really like to start to get my favorite coffee again so I would appreciate the app getting fixed. Please give us all an update as to when you will be getting the app up to date. Thanks

Edit: it now is not supported with iOS 11 and as such won't work once you upgrade your iPhone.
I love the app but wish I could reload my card from the app. Also since the iPhone 6 came out the screen is too big on the balance page so I can't see any of my information. This is incredibly frustrating.
I use it to check in and pay for my coffee without having to pull out my card or have cash handy. I earn rewards which are great.

I have used this app since it first launched but since my latest upgrade I cannot see my balance-or anything on the right side if I have free drink, $5 bonus or total drinks towards next free one. Also, have had several times in the last few weeks I couldn't check in. I love that I can automatically reload my card as a feature, but when the app is on the fritz I cannot use that money. Please resolve. I love big foot & normally love this app. I will write new review once fixed.

I have had this app since the beginning! You used to be able to see balance, points, free stuff, etc. but for the last 2-3 years easily, YOU CANT SEE ANYTHING!! I mention it to the staff all the time and they don't even know anything about the app. To be honest I barely go to BFJ anymore because 1. The location in Bothell has been gone a while now, and 2. To have to log into the Internet to see everything is really time consuming. Please update!!! AND you should add a feature to reload your card from the app!
