Terrible user friendliness

Former employee and love the yogurt to death, however this app is very buggy! Can't type in many boxes, non existent incentive program, and what use is the app to me?! No point to the app if it doesn't make it easier to see things regarding my account. You should take from the Chick Fil A app, theirs is really nicely set up and super easy to use. I honestly spend more money there on the products BECAUSE of their app.

Useless app

Love this app but this app is useless unless you are just looking for nearest location (which you don’t need an app for). There’s a tab for menu but nothing comes up. Only came here because I couldn’t find an accurate menu on the web- for the smoothies. Why is it so hard to get detailed info about the menu anyway?!

Tried this place for the 1st time yesterday & it was amazing good, and they had great customer service...but when it comes to the app I think there is much room for improvement, for example having a menu in the app would be awesome...and maybe some nutritional facts!
