1. The notes screen lists the notes for each day of the month - you can press the day you are interested in to see what you have written for that day, and then instantly toggle back to the calendar view.
2. The calendar screen allows you to quickly swipe from one month to the next, and at the bottom of this screen you can see you notes for that month together with the calendar on the same screen (without having to scroll).
