What is MyDigi? The MyDigi app is an all-in-one app that provides Digi users with a streamlined experience to manage their prepaid and postpaid phone & broadband plans. The app allows users to pay bills, check data quota, top up prepaid credits, manage loved ones' accounts, purchase internet add-ons, book international roaming passes, and claim exclusive rewards and deals on food, drinks, and more in Malaysia. The app also features live chat support and access to fiber internet and broadband connection data usage.

Software Features and Description

1. By using the quick link buttons, you can pay and check your mobile bills, check your data quota, buy & top up Internet packages, and claim exclusive rewards and deals on food, drinks, and more in Malaysia.

2. Access your fiber internet and broadband connection data usage, internet consumption and pay bills using MyDigi App.

3. If you wish to check your other numbers' mobile data usage, go to the side menu, choose your phone number, and the usage information for that number will be displayed.

4. Is your mobile data plan insufficient? You can topup and buy Internet add ons that are suitable for your usage and budget.

5. The data quota and data usage are displayed side by side to give you a clear picture of how much Internet data you consume and how much you need.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Stop collecting Personal Data

Nope you are not allowed match my email and my phone number which will be sold to third party. You don't need my email address to send the receipts, I should be able download them myself from the app if i want. Information request is handsomely done after keying in phone number and one time PIN. Probably ID and home address afterwards, I havent gone that far.
Can’t log in

I went on this app hoping to find about whether i have bills for my data course but i couldn’t log in. I entered my phone number then it told me to enter an email so i did but it somehow rejected my email. I personally feel that this app would be a lot better if you could just send the PIN to the number they type in to confirm the user.
Terrible

You get about 12 text spammy messages a day from digi that you can’t opt out of, telling you to reload your balance in the app to receive some special offer, try making a payment 12 times with 12 different cards and it never works.
Slow, bad UI rendering

Most people would probably use the app for the Live Chat support and the app fails spectacularly at delivering the chat experience. New messages appear out of focus, usually under the keyboard while you're typing. Chat notifications are not available too.
