Install MyCONEXIS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using MyCONEXIS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyCONEXIS"
- The search will reveal the MyCONEXIS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once MyCONEXIS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyCONEXIS.
- Now enjoy MyCONEXIS on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use MyCONEXIS,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MyCONEXIS" » then Click "Install".
- MyCONEXIS will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It rarely works

When I learned of this app, I was ecstatic! I could handle receipt submissions so my husband didn't have to be bothered with it during his work day. However, it is of little use if I have to wait for over an hour for it to receive one or two photos of receipts. Even then, there is no guarantee that Conexis has ever received them. Other times, it just flat out states it's unavailable. WAY more trouble than a benefit. Makes me think twice whether it is even worth it to have an FSA account in the first place. 😔 Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Used to work well

When I first downloaded this app a few months ago it worked well. Now almost every time I log in I get an error message and if I try to submit a request for reimbursement it will not process. I've tried deleting and downloading the app again, turning off my phone to restart it, submitting on different days and nothing works. So frustrating! It definitely needs to be updated! I hope whoever manages the app has seen these reviews and is working on it.

Outdated and buggy

They should do a better job on this App. It's my money they're holding, and yet they make it so difficult to access it!
There are known bugs, and errors when uploading attachments. Those remain after 2 years of complaints. And Conexys customer service is awful. They're irritable, they can't track an open ticket, and none of the support issues is ever closed.
Don't sign up for this service if you can avoid it. The app represents a bad company.

Error - unavailable

Was excited to find this app and download but found it is just a headache. Each submission gives multiple "try again, not available" errors. On the 3rd or 4th attempt it might go through. Oh but wait then I get 3-4 rejection letters as Conexis apparently did get the rejected submissions and now writes a letter to deny the claim as a duplicate. What a terrible app. This company is more work than it's worth for the benefit. Won't sign up next year. Don't download unless you love being frustrated.
