I have always been satisfied with this app but now through my error, of course, I am locked out and am extremely frustrated. I’ve tried everything. I was under the impression that the info was secure in the cloud….wrong! Any suggestions?
  • Good but fussy with iCloud

    By Overlie (Pcmac user)

I like the app but it is pretty fussy with sync-ing over iCloud, wifi, etc. I use three devices: iPhone, iPad, Macbook Air and try to keep most current version on Mac. Still, there’s a work around that’s not a huge PITA but a minor pita to export to dropbox, import to other devices. Sometime the iCloud sync works, sometimes not. Great when it works. less than great when it doesn’t. Developers couldn’t figure out why either…...
  • Universally Great!

    By DJasonCanaan (Pcmac user)

Bottom line, I’m a HUGE fan, I love this app, and I highly recommend it. If you want to continue onto read why, how I came into the app, what I’ve loved about it, and why; then feel free to read the rest of my review. I don’t normally do reviews, yet I really think this is one of the more essential multi-platform apps that can work in perfect harmony with iCloud to keep everything moving smooth. I think I put about 10-minutes into writing the review, so if you think it will help, then by all means enjoy! Otherwise, stop shopping, give this app a try, and if anything just start where I did, and go with the iOS Version to start, and then sync from there. Good luck and thanks for reading! (J.C. - Baltimore, Maryland) My Review: I came across this app I think back when I had the iPhone 3G or the iPhone 4, and I can tell you that it’s been not only an organizational paper and wallet room “saver” yet it’s gotten me out of a forgetful jam a time or two. I’ve been meaning to take the next step once the Mac OS X version was available after iCloud support had been launched, and sometimes I take the approach of waiting for developers to get the “kinks” worked out because I typically don’t have the time to be a Beta anything, and its not that I’m against it, but because I don’t spend alot of time buying in the app store because I have what I need and it works well, it’s partially because first I don’t have the extra time to be a guinea pig for developers (however I do share my diagnostic data hoping that does help in some way or another) and because when I need to get an app its because I need something for whatever I’m doing, and I need it to work. Ever since I’ve been an “this app” customer then placing it on my iPad (that’s been upgraded several times just like my iPhone and each time never any loss in data!!!!) I felt like it was time to give the Mac OS X version a go, I need somethng in front of me in that regard when I’m working, because as hard as it may to believe with all of these easy helpers in today’s amazing technology, it’s sometimes a little harder to find my iPhone to get what I need, so to have all of my secure information at the fingertips right at my Macbook should prove useful. What I’m getting at is that this app has been great from the get go with iPhone iOS, it was equally as great with the iPad, and so to write this review before I even test drive the Mac OS X version, I’m glad to do it, because I have complete and total faith with these people! I don’t recall what I paid for the app on my iOS years ago, yet I can tell you that in my opinion $9.99 for the Mac OS X version seems extremely reasonable. Oh, and lastly, I do know that I’ve gifted this app to my Mother and my Best Friend when he finally made the switch from his Blackberry over to his iPhone, and both of them love it. My Mother is totally weird about this kind of stuff, she’s completely fearful of ‘Big Brother’ and my other friend has a data job for the Government (that’s all I can say) and he also really appreciated the gift and felt that the app was just as resourceful. The fact that someone like my Mother can use it, she’s a 62 year old simpleton with an iPhone, well and that she likes it despite her fear of the digital apocalypse LOL, if she’s on board with this app, well then I can safely say and highly continue to endorse such a great company!!
